Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors during consultations and procedures, monitor patients' health, and maintain proper nursing records.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and support to patients.
- Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized healthcare professionals.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes promptly to the doctor.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the nursing station.




- Educate patients and their families on basic care and follow-up instructions.
- Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and nursing supplies.
- Support emergency care and coordinate with other healthcare staff.

Requirements

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
- Good communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a healthcare team.
- Knowledge of nursing procedures and infection control practices.
