Role & responsibilities:

- Assess patients' health conditions, record vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records.

- Assist doctors during patient consultations, examinations, and minor clinical procedures.

- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

- Perform dressing, wound care, and other nursing procedures as required.

- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their clinical condition to the treating doctor.

- Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment.

- Follow infection prevention and control protocols, including biomedical waste management.

- Maintain adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and emergency supplies.

- Ensure proper documentation of nursing care, procedures, and patient visits.

- Educate patients regarding medication, treatment plans, and follow-up visits as advised by the doctor.

- Provide first aid and assist in emergency management whenever required.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure qualified conduct at all times.

- Coordinate with doctors, reception staff, and other clinic personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
