Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and integrate embedded software, board support packages and system-level components for connected products.

- Develop and maintain embedded Linux and Yocto-based software platforms, including hardware interfaces and system integration.

- Work with hardware engineering teams to bring up boards, diagnose system issues and resolve software-hardware integration defects.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, static analysis and verification activities to improve software reliability, stability and maintainability.

- Provide technical leadership, mentor embedded engineers and support engineering decisions across architecture, development and product delivery.

Skills Required:

- 14 - 20 years of relevant embedded and system-level software development experience.





- Extensive experience developing production embedded software using Embedded C and Embedded C++.

- Strong expertise in board support package development and embedded Linux system integration.

- Hands-on experience with Yocto-based embedded Linux platforms and system customization.

- Strong understanding of embedded architectures, hardware-software interfaces, debugging and software verification practices.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with firmware development, microcontrollers and real-time operating systems.

Education:

Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related discipline.
