Objective of the role

- Demonstration of Grouts & Adhesive to Consultant, Contractor, OEM & EPC Contractors in ultra mega & major projects.
- Application support for Epoxy Grouts, Cable Grout and Windmill Grouts.
- Conduct site trails/troubleshooting of grouts in coordination with Customer.
- OEM, PT Contractors, KAM (Top contractors in region – 5 Nos) – Demonstration, Key account Management & Project data base collection, approval support.
- Competition bench marking – Lab Trails and Site trails.
- Work with Distribution team for market analysis, marketing, and promotions to improve distribution business.

Key Areas of Responsibility

ESSENTIAL

Compliance towards group HSE standards, India Statutory laws.

Track the list of demos conducted at various site from initiation to execution.

Troubleshooting, Application support, Key account management, KAM applicator development (wind, Site specific approval.

Competition bench marking at site with data development.

Credential development – Standard Submittals, Case Studies, Job reference, Performance certificate.

Regional Key account Management and KAM applicator development.
