ParamAIQ is building the AI brain for Indian law. Our agentic AI platform helps lawyers research, draft, and manage matters in a fraction of the time, powered by our proprietary 7-Gate Verification Framework that keeps AI answers accurate and trustworthy.

We're not adding AI to old tools. We're building the foundation for how legal work gets done in India.

What You Will Own

- Founder's execution engine. Turn the founder's priorities into plans, owners, milestones, and weekly cadence. You make sure what gets decided gets done.
- Cross-functional programs. Run ParamAIQ's most important initiatives end to end across product, engineering, AI and data, legal domain experts, go-to-market, and operations. You own scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Team and function management. Lead and manage the team and functions assigned to you. Set goals, review performance, hire, and coach. Fix structure where it is broken.
- Product-to-market delivery. Work with product and engineering to move releases, including agentic workflows for research, drafting, and matter management, from roadmap to launch and adoption by lawyers and law firms.
- Accuracy and trust programs. Work with the AI and legal teams to keep the 7-Gate Verification Framework central to how ParamAIQ builds, tests, and ships. Track quality metrics and make sure accuracy standards hold as the product scales.
- Customer and partnership programs. Drive pilots, law firm and enterprise deployments, and partnerships from first conversation to live, measured outcomes.
- Operating rhythm. Build the company's management system: OKRs, weekly business reviews, program dashboards, and escalation paths. Keep it light enough for a startup and rigorous enough to scale.
- Strategy to plan. Work with the founder on roadmap, sequencing, and trade-offs. Frame the problem, build the business case, and make a recommendation.
- Group interface. Coordinate with Paramverse Group's finance, legal,



and capital teams where ParamAIQ needs them, including investor and board-ready reporting.
- Risk and resource discipline. Track budget, burn, and capacity against plan. Surface problems early, with options attached.

What We Are Looking For

- About 10 years of experience, including a solid consulting foundation and time in an operating, program, or leadership role at a startup or high-growth company.
- An MBA from an IIM and a top tier consulting background. You bring structured problem solving, executive communication, and the habit of getting to the answer.
- A record of delivery. You have taken ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives and shipped them, and you can name the programs, the teams, and the results.
- Experience managing people. You have led teams with real accountability for output, not only influenced them. You can manage senior and specialist talent.
- Comfort working closely with a founder. You can challenge, align, and execute. You are as ready to disagree as to take a decision and run with it.
- Fluency in AI and software products. You understand how AI products are built, evaluated, sold, and deployed. You can work credibly with engineers, data scientists, and enterprise customers.
- Operating range. You are equally at ease in a board-level narrative and in a sprint review. You can build the process yourself and don't need one handed to you.
- Ownership mindset. You work without a fully built team or playbook, and you care about outcomes over titles.

Nice to Have

- Experience in legal-tech, or in working closely with lawyers, law firms, or in-house legal teams.
- Experience in a founder's office, chief-of-staff, or strategy-and-operations role.
- Exposure to enterprise AI or SaaS businesses, including pilots, implementation, and customer success.
- Familiarity with AI quality, evaluation, or responsible-AI practices.
- Experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, or board processes.
- Experience building teams, hiring plans, or performance systems from scratch.
