Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Finishing to handle finishing activities at real estate construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship, timely execution, and project readiness for handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise internal and external finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, waterproofing, and façade-related activities.
- Monitor door and window installation, plumbing and electrical finishing, and snagging activities.
- Ensure finishing work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other site teams.
- Monitor material requirements, manpower deployment, work progress, and finishing schedules.
- Conduct quality inspections, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification.




- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain finishing-related documentation.
- Manage snag lists, final inspections, and flat handover activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3–7 years of experience in civil construction, with strong hands-on exposure to finishing works.
- Experience in residential real estate or high-rise building projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of finishing materials, construction drawings, quality standards, and site coordination.
- Ability to manage contractors, manpower, timelines, and quality checks.

Preferred: Candidates who have independently handled finishing activities from execution through final handover Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
