Avalon Productions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior SEO Analyst / SEO Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, website performance, and online visibility for the company and its clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO expertise, analytical thinking, content optimization skills, and a positive understanding of modern search trends, including AI-driven search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Planning

Develop SEO strategies, conduct keyword and competitor research, improve organic traffic and rankings, and manage SEO plans across multiple client projects.

2. On-Page & Off-Page SEO

Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, images, and internal links. Manage link building, backlink analysis, and landing-page optimization.

3. Technical SEO

Conduct website audits, resolve crawling and indexing issues, optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals, and manage sitemaps, redirects, schema markup, and website migrations.

4. Content SEO & Optimization

Develop content strategies and keyword clusters, optimize website pages and blogs, identify content gaps, and collaborate with content teams to improve search performance.

5. AI Search & GEO Optimization

Improve brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms through GEO strategies, conversational content optimization, and monitoring emerging AI search trends.

6. Local SEO & Google Business Profile

Optimize Google Business Profiles, local keywords, business listings, and location-based content to improve Google Maps visibility and local enquiries.

7. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor traffic, rankings, clicks, and conversions using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools. Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.

8. Website & Digital Marketing Coordination

Coordinate with developers, designers, content writers,



and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices and improve website performance and conversions.

9. Project & Client Management

Develop SEO plans based on client goals, manage project timelines and deliverables, communicate progress, maintain quality standards, and stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes.

10. Social Media SEO

Optimize social media profiles, captions, keywords, hashtags, and content to improve brand discoverability, search visibility, audience reach, and organic engagement across social platforms.

11. Instagram SEO & Explore Optimization

Optimize Instagram profiles, Reels, posts, captions, keywords, hashtags, and alt text to improve visibility in Instagram Search and increase opportunities for content discovery through the Explore page and recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of professional SEO experience.

Candidates must showcase a strong SEO portfolio with websites or projects handled, ranking improvements, organic traffic growth, and measurable results.

Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.

Understanding of HTML, website structure, schema markup, and basic technical troubleshooting.

Knowledge of local SEO, keyword mapping, link building, and competitor analysis.

Familiarity with AI search optimization, GEO, and emerging search technologies.

Strong analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple websites and client projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client websites.

Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms.

Knowledge of SEO reporting dashboards and Looker Studio.

Familiarity with e-commerce SEO and conversion optimization.

Experience with international SEO, multilingual websites, or location-based SEO.

Understanding of structured data, log-file analysis, and advanced technical SEO.
