We are looking for a Senior Salesforce QA Automation Engineer (5-8 years of experience) with strong technical expertise in modern JavaScript-based automation frameworks and deep experience testing Salesforce ecosystems. In this role, you will design, build, and scale automated testing solutions for UI, APIs, and complex Salesforce workflows integrated across cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

· Framework Development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using WebdriverIO, JavaScript, and Node.js across AWS, GCP, and Salesforce environments.

· BDD & Test Coverage: Create and maintain Cucumber BDD feature files, step definitions, and reusable automation components.

· Salesforce Validation: Perform UI, API, and integration testing for Salesforce business processes, leveraging SOQL and Salesforce APIs for rigorous data validation.

· CI/CD Integration: Configure,



execute, and monitor automated test suites and regression pipelines through Jenkins.

· Quality & Reliability: Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root-cause analysis on flaky tests, and continuously improve test coverage, stability, and execution efficiency.

· Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and QA teams to support release validation.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

· Automation Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with WebdriverIO (open-source, JS-based automation) and designing scalable frameworks.

· Programming & Version Control: Proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js and Git.

· Behavior-Driven Development: Strong experience with Cucumber, Gherkin, feature files, and step definitions.

· Salesforce Testing: Demonstrated experience testing Salesforce applications, workflows, integrations, and environment-specific setups.

· Data & APIs: Strong experience in REST API automation, JSON payload validation, and SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).

· CI/CD: Good hands-on experience configuring and executing automated regression tests via Jenkins pipelines.
