Role Description The Sr Sales Manager, Trussless Roofing is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, responsible for driving sales growth for the company’s trussless roofing solutions. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with clients in industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.

The Sr Sales

Manager will prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate specifications,



and negotiate contracts in line with company policies. Daily activities include market research, competitor analysis, site visits, client meetings, and regular reporting on sales performance and forecasts to senior leadership. The role also includes mentoring junior sales team members, contributing to pricing strategies, and supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen the brand’s presence in the roofing solutions market.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and key account management skills within construction, roofing, or structural steel solutions.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to trussless roofing, pre-engineered buildings, and metal roofing systems.
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and opportunity qualification in B2B/industrial segments.
- Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and closing complex commercial deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Proven ability to work on-site, conduct client and site visits, and collaborate with engineering and project execution teams.
- Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills, with competency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in senior sales roles, preferably in roofing, PEB, construction, or infrastructure sectors
