Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at YM TVS. The candidate will generate sales, handle walk-in customers, explain vehicle features, conduct test rides, and meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain TVS bikes and scooters, including features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
- Generate leads through customer references, follow-up calls, and field activities.
- Arrange test rides and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers until the sale is completed.
- Explain vehicle finance, insurance, and registration procedures to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer details, lead records, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the CRM and finance teams for smooth vehicle delivery.




- Maintain qualified customer relationships and support repeat business and referrals.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred.
- Experience: 6 months–2 years in sales preferred; automobile or two-wheeler dealership experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
