Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Recruiter to support a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement for US-based insurance clients. The role involves hiring talent across India for Property Casualty (PC) / General Insurance functions, covering Commercial Lines and Personal Lines, along with insurance technology roles on platforms such as Guidewire and Duck Creek. The ideal candidate will have robust domain hiring experience in PC insurance and a proven track record of delivering for US-headquartered clients, captives or GCCs operating in India.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end domestic recruitment for PC insurance roles within an RPO delivery model.
2. Source, screen and submit candidates across India for Commercial Lines and Personal Lines functions, including underwriting support, claims, policy servicing, premium audit, actuarial and insurance operations.
3. Hire for insurance technology roles, including Guidewire (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center) and Duck Creek (Policy, Billing, Claims) developers, configurators, integration specialists, BAs and QA professionals.
4. Understand the requirements of US-based clients and map them to the right domain and technical skill sets in the Indian talent market.
5. Coordinate with client hiring managers and stakeholders across time zones to align on priorities and feedback.
6. Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and client panels.
7. Negotiate CTC,



manage offers and close candidates efficiently.
8. Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline reporting in the ATS.
9. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of PC insurance professionals for recurring and niche requirements.
10. Use Naukai (Resdex), LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals and social media for sourcing.
11. Gather market intelligence on insurance talent availability, compensation benchmarks and competitor hiring in India.
12. Take steps to reduce candidate backouts and improve offer-to-join ratios.
13. Report recruitment metrics to the RPO lead and client stakeholders regularly.
14. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in domestic recruitment, ideally within an RPO setup.
2. At least 2 years of hands-on experience hiring for the Insurance PC / General Insurance domain for US-based clients.
3. Good understanding of Commercial Lines and Personal Lines insurance functions and terminology.
4. Experience hiring for Guidewire and/or Duck Creek technology roles is strongly preferred.
5. Strong command of Naukri (Resdex), LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
7. Ability to handle multiple requirements and deliver under pressure.
8. Experience working with US-based hiring managers or client stakeholders.
