Sr Project Manager

Location: Amlidih, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹1,00,000+ per month

Experience: 10–15+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred

Industry: Road Construction

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, planning, and delivery.
- Supervise project teams, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site staff.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and work quality.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and scheduled deadlines.
- Handle client coordination, project reviews, and management reporting.
- Monitor material procurement, contractor billing, measurements, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and applicable regulations.
- Identify project risks, resolve site-level issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with management regarding project progress, expenses, and overall performance.
- For PM-level candidates, oversee multiple projects, team performance,



and overall operational efficiency.

- 10–15+ years of relevant experience in Road construction
- Proven experience independently handling major projects.
- Experience managing project teams, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
- Candidates with large-project or multi-project management experience will be preferred.
