We're looking for a skilled Sr. PagerDuty / AIOps Engineer – Technical Lead to lead PagerDuty implementation and support migration from Moogsoft to PagerDuty.

Location: Chennai, Bengaluru & Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift: Afternoon Shift

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Candidates Serving Notice Period

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in PagerDuty implementation

- PagerDuty Event Orchestration
- Event routing, correlation, deduplication, and suppression
- Configuration of services, teams, and business services
- On-call schedules and escalation policies

- Incident response workflow configuration
- PagerDuty REST APIs and integrations
- Enterprise-level production implementation experience

Good to Have
- Moogsoft architecture, operations, and migration experience

- Monitoring and observability tools
- Alert/event migration and noise reduction

- ServiceNow incident integration

- Major Incident Management workflows

- Terraform and PagerDuty provider

- Python / Bash scripting




- Experience with Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, or AWS CloudWatch
- Microsoft Teams / Slack integrations

Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead technical implementation of the PagerDuty platform.

✅ Analyze existing Moogsoft configurations and map capabilities to PagerDuty.

✅ Design and implement event orchestration, routing, correlation, deduplication, and suppression rules.

✅ Configure services, teams, on-call schedules, escalation policies, and responder workflows.

✅ Drive technical decisions and establish implementation standards.

✅ Support migration planning, production cutover, and post-migration stabilization.

✅ Coordinate with monitoring, ServiceNow, and automation teams.

✅ Prepare technical documentation and lead knowledge transfer sessions.
