Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the design team to develop innovative vehicle designs that meet customer requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality control to ensure successful product launches.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, dealerships, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the design process.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in automotive design or a related field.
- Solid understanding of vehicle dynamics, ergonomics, and user interface design principles.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
