Job Purpose/ Summary To lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and agentic automation to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Automation Technical Lead to own our automation landscape end to end: architect the solution, lead the project to closure, and run it reliably in production/support. You'll lead the technical team, write and fix code when needed, and deliver in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and limited resources
