Design Development and Planning

- Lead the development of interior design concepts, space planning, mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.

- Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing design solutions based on client requirements.

- Prepare and review detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, flooring layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.

- Oversee 3D modelling, rendering, and design visualization to communicate design intent effectively.

- Finalize materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories in line with project budgets and design specifications.

Project Management and Execution

- Independently manage interior design projects from initial briefing through design development, execution, and handover.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, project managers, and site supervisors to resolve design and execution challenges.

- Review site measurements, technical details, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

- Monitor project schedules, budgets, material procurement, and quality standards.

- Identify and resolve design discrepancies, site issues, and execution challenges in a timely manner.

Client and Team Management

- Lead client meetings, understand project requirements, present design proposals, and obtain design approvals.

- Manage client expectations, design revisions, and project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level interior designers.

- Review drawings, design presentations,



material selections, and other project deliverables prepared by the design team.

- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Documentation and Quality Control

- Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, project documentation, and execution drawings.

- Ensure all drawings and specifications are accurate, coordinated, and ready for execution.

- Maintain design quality, functionality, detailing, and consistency across projects.

- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in interior design and project execution.

- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar design software.

- Excellent understanding of space planning, construction detailing, materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture design.

- Proven ability to independently manage interior design projects from concept to completion.

- Strong knowledge of site execution, contractor coordination, vendor management, and quality control.

- Experience in preparing and reviewing technical drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.

- Excellent client management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a design team effectively.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹76,000.00 per month
