About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent through to successful hires. The role focuses particularly on leadership, niche, and critical positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates using platforms such as Naukri and Foundit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to final offer.
- Guide and mentor junior recruiters and interns.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gather requirements and support engagement.




- Ensure timely candidate placement within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Prepare and present recruitment management information system (MIS) reports.
- Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and methods.

Required Skills and Experience
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience mentoring team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A target-oriented approach to recruitment.

Qualifications
- A graduate degree is required.
- An MBA in HR is preferred.

Interview Process The interview process consists of three rounds: a sourcing test and two discussion rounds. Work from Office, Kudlu Gate, Bangalore

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
