Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and a consistent user experience. The Sr.

Developer collaborates closely with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, integrate APIs and third-party services, and optimize applications for security and reliability.





Responsibilities include reviewing and refactoring code, implementing best practices, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions. The role also includes troubleshooting issues, participating in code reviews, and staying current with Flutter updates and mobile development trends to continuously improve the product stack.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with hands-on experience in Dart and at least one additional language (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Swift, or C#).
- Experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with server-side services.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade Flutter applications, including state management, navigation, and UI/UX implementation.
- Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization, testing frameworks, debugging tools, and app store deployment processes.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and mentor less experienced developers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within project deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
