Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LMS management and implementation, with a focus on enhancing the learning experience for users. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage LMS operations, support users, and drive continuous improvement in our learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning optimally.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to upload and organize learning materials within the LMS.
- Provide training and support to users, addressing any issues or questions related to the LMS.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in the LMS and learning programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and satisfaction with the LMS.
- Stay current with LMS trends and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve system functionality.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of the LMS with other systems.
- Prepare reports on LMS usage, user engagement, and learning outcomes for stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong knowledge and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).




- Proficiency in LMS administration, including user management, course creation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support users and collaborate with team members.
- Analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions for LMS improvements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience in project management methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in LMS management or a similar role.
- Certifications related to LMS or instructional design are a plus.
