Manage HVAC fit-out activities, including installation of air-conditioning systems, ducting, piping, insulation, ventilation, and related equipment

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of HVAC works

Review HVAC drawings, layouts, BOQs, technical specifications, and shop drawings before execution

Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the approved timeline and budget

Supervise HVAC contractors and technicians to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with approved designs

Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and adherence to project specifications

Coordinate HVAC testing, adjusting, balancing, and commissioning activities

Ensure proper installation of AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, split ACs, exhaust systems, and ventilation equipment, as applicable





Identify technical issues at the site and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders

Monitor material requirements, inventory, and delivery schedules to avoid project delays

Ensure compliance with HVAC standards, fire and safety requirements, and applicable building regulations

Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, measurement sheets, and project updates

Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and civil teams to resolve site-related issues

Support snagging, inspection, handover, and preparation of as-built drawings and maintenance documentation

Pay: ₹59,000.00 - ₹69,000.00 per month
