Role Description The Sr ELD (Senior Learning Experience Design) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves leading the end-to-end design of digital learning experiences, from needs analysis and content structuring to storyboard creation and final solution design. The Sr ELD will collaborate with L&D; stakeholders, subject matter experts, and internal teams to identify performance gaps and translate them into clear learning objectives and engaging interventions.

Daily tasks include creating and reviewing instructional materials, ensuring alignment with AI-enabled learning strategies, mentoring junior designers, and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.



The role also requires monitoring the effectiveness of learning solutions and recommending improvements based on learner feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Learning Experience Design, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.
- Experience in analyzing training needs, defining learning objectives, and designing curricula or learning paths for organizational performance.
- Ability to collaborate with L&D; teams, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners, with robust stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working with AI-driven tools, learning platforms, and data to inform design decisions and evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills for creating clear, engaging, and learner-centered content.
- Proven experience in digital learning or corporate training, preferably in a senior or lead design capacity.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
