We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Executive to join our international voice process team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international voice processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through voice calls and chat support.
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.




- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Meet performance targets and maintain productivity standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of experience in an international voice process.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Customer-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
