Responsibilities

- Own revenue end-to-end - build the pipeline, from first call to maturing the deal.
- Build the research behind every pitch - comparison models, RERA checks, developer delivery records - and defend it with numbers, not narrative.
- Work developer relationships built by the team to get faster access to inventory and launch info.




- Run your funnel with CRM rigour - every stage logged, every follow-up on time.
- Keep every deal transparent, documented, and compliant.

What Were Looking For

- 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales, advisory, or client-facing roles - banking, wealth, insurance, consulting, luxury, B2B sales, or real estate. Real estate background is not required.
- Solid Excel skills and comfort working with numbers.
- A habit of questioning data and pitches rather than accepting them at face value.
- Comfortable presenting to senior, high-net-worth clients on your own.
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- A graduate degree is required; MBA, CA, CFA or B.Tech is preferred.
