About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sr. Client Servicing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of client servicing, account management, campaign execution, and strategic client relationships.

Prior experience working with healthcare, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, diagnostic centres, wellness brands, or other healthcare-related clients will be highly preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, translating business objectives into effective marketing strategies, coordinating with internal creative and digital teams, and ensuring seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end servicing of key client accounts, ensuring effective communication, timely delivery, and strong client relationships.
- Understand client business objectives and develop strategic marketing solutions aligned with their goals.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across branding, digital marketing, creative, content, and production.
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs and coordinate with Creative, Copy, Design, Digital, Production, and Strategy teams.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas, campaign concepts, and brand-building strategies.
- Present campaign proposals, creative concepts, timelines, and performance reports to clients.
- Monitor project schedules,



budgets, deliverables, and account profitability.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and long-term business partnerships.
- Address client concerns, resolve challenges, and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide Client Servicing Executives while ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging marketing opportunities, particularly within the healthcare sector where relevant.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an advertising, branding, creative, or digital marketing agency is mandatory.
- Proven experience in client servicing, client success, or account management, with responsibility for managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, integrated campaigns, and creative communication.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercial awareness, including budget management, account profitability, and identifying business growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to take ownership of client accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at short notice will be preferred.
