Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in System Integration projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with APIs, Postman, Middleware platforms, JSON, and application/interface integrations. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting end-to-end integration implementations. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system integration initiatives.
- Work closely with technical teams to define integration requirements and interface specifications.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and system improvements.
- Define and document API requirements, data mappings, workflows, and integration use cases.




- Use Postman to validate APIs and support integration testing activities.
- Create functional requirement documents (FRDs), business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of integrations.
- Assist in production support and troubleshooting of interface-related issues.
