Inviting applications for the role of RCM (AR) Payment Posting

Work location-Noida (work from office)

Shift-Candidates must be willing to work 5 days from the office, with a 6:00 AM IST shift start

Payment Posting role:

Responsible for accurate and timely posting of payer and patient payments, contractual adjustments, denials,



and balance transfers to support clean account reconciliation and downstream AR resolution

Responsibilities

- Post payments from ERA, EOB, lockbox, manual remittance, and patient payment sources.
- Apply contractual and non-contractual adjustments according to client and payer guidelines.
- Reconcile payment batches, deposits, remittance details, and posting totals before completion.
- Document posting actions and exception reasons clearly in the billing system.
- Support month-end and daily cash reconciliation activities as required.
- Meet transaction accuracy, productivity, turnaround time, and compliance standards.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

- 1-2 years of AR experience with digital finance operations.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- Working knowledge of payment posting workflows, cash application, and reconciliation basics.
- Basic understanding of healthcare RCM processes and interdependencies across AR, MDM, Billing and Payment Posting.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, SUN System, Telis or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to identify variances.
- Basic Excel skills and comfort working with high-volume transactional data.




- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and client-specific posting rules.
