About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Associate - Corporate Strategy to work closely with the leadership team on strategic business initiatives, investment opportunities, market analysis and growth projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and financial skills and should be comfortable evaluating businesses, building financial models, sizing markets and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate strategic business opportunities, investments and potential acquisitions.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis and competitive analysis.
- Build and analyse financial models to evaluate business opportunities and investments.
- Perform market sizing and assess market growth opportunities.
- Support due diligence and evaluation of potential investment/acquisition opportunities.
- Develop business cases and investment recommendations for senior leadership.
- Analyse company financials, business models, revenue potential, costs and profitability.
- Support new product, market entry and growth strategy initiatives.




- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate different business outcomes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.

Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking (preferably Buy Side), Venture Capital, Private Equity, Strategy / Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy.
- Candidates with experience in buy-side investment or acquisition transactions will be preferred.
- Experience in at least one completed buy-side deal will be an advantage.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Robust understanding of business fundamentals and financial statements.
- Strong market sizing and market research skills.
- Ability to evaluate business opportunities and develop structured recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Education Pedigree: Candidates from IITs, BITS, and other top-tier institutions preferred.
