Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with robust knowledge of architecture and interior fit-out projects, particularly corporate offices and commercial spaces. The candidate will be responsible for design development, drawing reviews, project coordination, and ensuring quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and working drawings.

- Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, site teams, MEP consultants, and vendors.

- Manage design deliverables, approvals, and project timelines.

- Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and execution feasibility.

- Guide architects, interior designers, and drafting teams.

- Review materials, finishes, BOQs, and specifications.





- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and safety standards.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in architecture and interior fit-out projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent design software.

- Strong knowledge of technical drawings, materials, and construction practices.

- Good project coordination, client-handling, and team management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
