AI Architect

Experience: 16+ years overall IT experience with 4+ years in AI/ML, RAG, Agentic, Generative AI and Solution Architecture

Location - Bangalore (client deployment)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to design, build and govern scalable AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data scientists and cloud architects to define AI strategy, architecture and implementation. The role requires solid hands-on knowledge of LLMs, GenAI, Python, cloud platforms, data platforms and MLOps.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI architectures for enterprise solutions.
- Define AI technology strategy, architecture standards and implementation roadmaps.
- Identify business use cases suitable for AI, ML, GenAI and Agentic AI.
- Design and implement LLM-based applications and RAG solutions.
- Architect AI solutions integrating enterprise data, APIs, applications and knowledge bases.
- Design scalable and secure AI platforms across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML models,



frameworks and technologies.
- Lead POCs and convert successful AI use cases into production-ready solutions.
- Establish MLOps and LLMOps practices covering deployment, monitoring, evaluation and governance.
- Ensure AI solutions meet requirements for security, scalability, reliability, performance and cost.
- Work with data engineering teams to establish data pipelines and AI-ready data architectures.
- Guide engineering teams on AI application development and architecture best practices.
- Mentor AI/ML engineers, developers and technical leads.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents and Machine Learning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science or a related discipline.
- 16+ years of IT experience.
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture or technical leadership.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise AI/GenAI solutions from POC to production.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
