Role Description The Sr. Architect / Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District, responsible for leading the design and delivery of corporate interior and commercial architecture projects. This role includes developing workplace concepts, space plans, and detailed interior and architectural designs that align with client brand, culture, and functional requirements.

The individual will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on technical drawings, MEP integration, materials, and finishes, ensuring design intent is maintained through site execution. Day-to-day activities involve client presentations,



design reviews, documentation, and close collaboration with project management to meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives. The Sr.

Architect / Interior Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to design standards, and support continuous improvement in StudioDNA’s design and delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design for corporate interiors and commercial projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration, particularly integrating architectural, interior, and MEP elements in workplace environments.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development concepts only as they relate to design tools or digital workflows, if applicable.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM platforms, and presentation software).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience leading corporate interior or commercial architecture projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of workplace strategy, space planning standards, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and team collaboration skills.
