About the role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to provide application support for Oracle HCM Compensation.

What you'll do

- Provide technical support for Oracle HCM Compensation modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve compensation application issues
- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Compensation
- Collaborate with HR and compensation teams
- Document processes and solutions
- Support upgrades and patches

What we're looking for

Essential

- 4+ years of Oracle HCM Compensation experience
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Based in Gurgaon or Indore, India
- Robust problem-solving skills

Nice to have
- Oracle certifications
- Experience with global compensation
