Role Description The Sports Operations Intern will support the planning and execution of corporate sports events and employee engagement activities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, assisting with on-field operations, and helping manage communication with clients, participants, and vendors. The intern will assist in scheduling, equipment management,



and basic reporting on event outcomes and participant feedback.

This internship role is on-site and based in Mumbai, requiring regular presence at events and office meetings. The position offers hands-on experience in sports operations and event management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Positive Communication skills for interacting with clients, participants, and team members.
- Interest in sports and event management, with the ability to work on weekends or extended hours during events.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions accurately.
- Current student or recent graduate in sports management, physical education, business, or a related field is preferred.
