Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech and Language Therapist based in Delhi, India. The Speech and Language Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders across different age groups. Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and monitoring progress.

The role also involves working with individuals experiencing dysphagia, providing appropriate interventions, and collaborating with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support overall communication and swallowing outcomes.



The therapist will maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in case reviews, and contribute to awareness or training activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and the assessment and management of Speech-related difficulties.
- Candidates should possess skills in identifying and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
- Candidates should possess skills in the assessment and management of Dysphagia.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant registration or licensure as required by local regulatory authorities is preferred.
- Experience working with diverse age groups, including children and adults, in clinical or community settings.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, uphold ethical standards, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity in client interactions.
