Compensation Details

- Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee): INR 21 LPA
- Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee): INR 16 LPA
- Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee): INR 10 LPA + INR 1 Lakh Joining Bonus





Preferred candidate profile Eligibility - 2024/2025/2026 batch UG/PG graduates.

Work Experience - Upto 2 years (0-2 yrs)

Focus on core programming as individual contributors

- Write high-performance, high-quality code, that is scalable & extensible in procedural, object oriented & script-oriented languages.
- Providing solutions with minimum system requirements and in Agile Mode
- Works in multiple technology platform, multiple languages in the technology platform (application/integration/DB, specific OS), performance tuning, handling modularity
- Co-create and develop New Products and Platforms for our clients
- Contribute to Open Source and continuously upskill in latest technology areas
- Incubating Tech User Groups and meets internally and externally
- End-End contribution from requirements to testing life cycle stages to delivering production ready code

With the objective of ensuring the highest levels of code quality (Code right first time, every time, zero defect delivery) in own technology platform WITHIN the guidelines, policies & norms of Infosys.
