Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

Sensitivity: LNT Construction Internal Use Methodology Development & Planning • Develop detailed method statements and work procedures for complex construction activities. • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with construction methods. Lift Planning & Coordination • Develop and implement lifting plans for all crane operations, ensuring alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices. • Coordinate the selection and mobilization of appropriate cranes and lifting equipment for each lift. • Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure the lifting area is safe for operations. • Ensure the load charts and lifting capacities of cranes are fully understood and adhered to during the planning and execution stages. Documentation • Ensure that all lifting documentation is completed accurately, including lifting permits, risk assessments, and method statements. • Maintain records of lifting operations, including lift plans, equipment inspections, safety audits, and incident reports. Equipment Selection & Optimization: • Evaluate and select specialized equipment such as Strand jacks, SPMTs, Mega cranes and machinery. • Optimise crane utilization,



counterweight configurations, and load distribution for heavy lifting and complex installations. • Optimise and reuse available temporary works for sustainable construction methods that minimize environmental impact SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil /mechanical engineering & Master in Structural Engineering Language Skills English EXPERIENCE Years of Experience 15 with oversees experience Nature of Experience Experience in construction methodology, engineering, and project management within the construction industry including heavy lifting, bridge Installation, Modular construction, Precast handling, Industrial equipment handling, Heavy transport and Modular heavy lift service. SECTION VI: TECHNICAL & LEADERSHIP / BEHAVIORAL SKILLS REQUIRED TO EXECUTE THE ROLE SKILLS Technical Skills (if available) • Extensive knowledge of cranes, heavy lifting operations, launching techniques, Modular Construction and advanced engineering solutions • Solid proficiency in engineering software used for structural and construction stage analysis. Sensitivity: LNT Construction Internal Use Leadership / Behavioral Skills (if available) • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to drive change and forward innovation within multidisciplinary teams.
