About the Role

As a Python AIMLDeveloper, you will be responsible for developing APIs, microservices, automation frameworks, and cloud-based applications while collaborating closely with product, architecture, and DevOps teams. You will contribute to the design and implementation of up-to-date software solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Exposure to emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications, will be considered a strong advantage.

Required Skills Core - Must Have

1. 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
2. Strong proficiency in Python and backend application development.
3. Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
4. Hands-on experience with AWS or any major cloud platform (Azure/GCP).
5. Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
6. Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
7. Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
9. Strong understanding of Git and version control practices.
10. Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
11. Understanding of software design patterns and engineering best practices.

Experience 4+ years of progressive hands-on experience in backend software development and cloud-based application development.

We are looking for evidence of the following:

1. End-to-end ownership of backend applications and services from development through deployment and support.
2. Strong experience developing production-grade applications using Python.
3. Practical experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
4. Experience designing APIs and microservices for scalable applications.
5. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
6. Experience with cloud deployments, automation, and DevOps practices.
7. Exposure to LLM, Generative AI, or AI-assisted application development will be an added advantage.
