CTC: Up to 4.20 LPA

Subject Matter Expert (SME)

CTC: Up to 6.0 LPA

Note: Candidates will be considered for a competitive hike based on their current/last drawn CTC.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Process Executive (SPE)

- Review and process map-related data with high accuracy.
- Validate, update, and maintain mapping information as per process guidelines.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.
- Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
- Adhere to operational and compliance standards.

Subject Matter Expert (SME)




- Handle complex mapping cases and provide resolution support.
- Monitor quality and ensure adherence to process standards.
- Support team members with process-related queries and guidance.
- Conduct quality checks and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in driving team performance, productivity, and accuracy metrics.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution and process enhancements.
