Job Title: Spare Coordinator

Magnus Care is looking for a responsible and well-organised Spare Coordinator to manage and coordinate the availability and distribution of spare parts and office supplies across our offices. The candidate will be responsible for tracking requirements, arranging spares, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery to the respective offices.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect spare parts and material requirements from all company offices.
- Coordinate the arrangement and distribution of required spares to the respective offices on time.
- Maintain proper records of spare parts, stock availability, and distribution.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on pending spare requests and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when replenishment is required.
- Prepare purchase requests, stock reports, and delivery records.
- Coordinate with office staff, technicians,



and management to understand requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and accountability for all spare parts issued and received.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or any degree.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
- Positive communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on requests.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in inventory, storekeeping, logistics, or coordination is an advantage.
