Role Description The Spanish Teacher role at Lingo Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a part-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Spanish

Teacher will conduct engaging classroom sessions for learners at different proficiency levels, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, delivering instruction, creating learning materials, and assessing learner progress. The role also involves providing individual support, tutoring as needed, and collaborating with the team to align language training with the company’s overall communication services. The teacher is expected to maintain a positive,



inclusive learning environment and use appropriate teaching methodologies and resources to support learner success.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Spanish Teaching and general Teaching skills, with the ability to support diverse learner needs.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills to design structured, goal-oriented learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess Tutoring skills to provide personalized support and address individual learner challenges.
- Near-native or native proficiency in Spanish and solid command of English for clear instruction and communication.
- Prior experience teaching Spanish in classroom or institutional settings; experience with adult learners or corporate training is an advantage.
- Familiarity with communicative and learner-centered teaching methodologies, and comfort using digital tools or multimedia resources in class.
- Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Languages, Education, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to foster an inclusive, respectful classroom environment.
