Job Summary: The Spa & Wellness Therapist will provide qualified spa treatments, massages, and wellness therapies to guests, ensuring exceptional service, relaxation, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies.
- Consult with guests to understand their preferences and treatment requirements.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and guest confidentiality.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitisation of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities.
- Recommend suitable spa treatments and wellness packages to guests.
- Handle guest queries professionally and ensure a relaxing spa experience.
- Maintain treatment records and monitor spa products and inventory.




- Follow spa SOPs, safety protocols, and service standards.

Job Expectations:

Knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies. Good communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills.

Well-groomed, courteous, professional, and customer-focused.

Minimum Qualification:

Certification or Diploma in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Wellness Treatments.

Minimum Job Experience:

1–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness spa preferred.
