Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding travel bookings and inquiries.
- Assist customers with airline ticket bookings, car rentals, cruise reservations, and hotel bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving sales targets.
- Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and booking-related queries.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate booking records and follow company policies.

Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in US Travel Sales preferred.
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of airline reservations, hotels, car rentals, and cruises.
- Familiarity with GDS tools such as Amadeus or Galileo will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work US shifts from the Noida office.
