Key Responsibilities

- Treatments &
- Therapies:

Perform a wide range of services including body massages, scrubs, wraps, facials, and holistic wellness rituals to five-star standards.

- Guest Consultation: Welcome guests, review health intake forms (checking for allergies, high blood pressure, or pregnancy), and recommend suitable therapies.

- Hygiene &

- Sanitation:

Sterilize equipment, sanitize treatment rooms between sessions, change linens, and follow strict health and safety protocols.

- Retail &

- Upselling:

Recommend and sell spa-related skincare, oils, and follow-up packages to meet boutique sales targets.

- Schedule &

- Operations:

Manage time strictly to keep appointments on schedule, coordinate with spa reception and housekeeping, and assist with inventory stock-takes.

- Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Education &

- Certification:

Formal diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Esthetics (e.g., ITEC, CIDESCO,



or national/state licensing).

- Experience: 1 to 5+ years of prior experience working in a luxury resort, 5-star hotel spa, or high-end wellness center.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (e.g., Deep Tissue, Balinese, Thai, Ayurvedic, Aromatherapy) and facial/body treatments.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, a polished and qualified personal appearance, and strong discretion/confidentiality.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, move, and perform hands-on therapies for extended shift hours.

- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as luxury hotels operate 7 days a week.
