We are seeking a skilled South Indian Cook to join our culinary team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for South Indian cuisine and a strong understanding of traditional cooking techniques. As a South Indian Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, and other regional specialties.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and improve existing recipes.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff,



including Commis 1, Commis 2, and Commis 3.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in preparing South Indian cuisine.
- Experience working in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
