By combining consulting expertise with on-ground execution, PropXLreight enables developers to move beyond traditional brokerage models and adopt structured, performance-focused sales frameworks.

Role Description The Sourcing Manager - East Pune will lead on-site sourcing and relationship management activities within the Pune Division, focused on identifying and onboarding high-quality channel partners and broker networks. This full-time role involves mapping key micro-markets, generating qualified leads, and driving mandate sales execution through systematic partner engagement.

The Sourcing

Manager will collaborate closely with internal sales and advisory teams to align sourcing strategies with project positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market visits, organizing partner meets, tracking sourcing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent communication with external stakeholders. The role is based in office in East Pune and requires frequent fieldwork to build strong market coverage and support project-level sales velocity.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, or brokerage ecosystem development within the Pune or similar urban markets.
- Proficiency in market mapping, lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to analyze local demand trends and competitive activity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and sales teams.
- Ability to work on-site, travel extensively within the Pune Division, and manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms to track performance and report sourcing outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field; relevant experience in mandate sales or project-based real estate roles is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a structured approach to execution and an interest in strategic sales frameworks.
