We're Hiring | Solutions Engineer – Defence Indigenisation

Can you turn a real-world engineering problem into a working product?

At yuñ.buzz, we're building indigenous technology solutions for India's defence sector.

We're looking for someone who wants to go beyond a conventional desk job — someone who enjoys understanding how things work, figuring out why they fail, and turning those challenges into real engineering solutions.

What you'll do

- Visit defence establishments and interact with end-users to identify real technical problems.
- Translate field observations into clear engineering problem statements.
- Work with our engineering team to evaluate and prototype solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to take projects from concept to deployment.
- Guide junior engineers involved in field research and technical discovery.

Who we're looking for
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC; or Instrumentation.
- 0–3 years of experience.



Exceptional freshers with robust hardware projects are welcome.
- Solid electronics fundamentals and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity and willingness to travel.
- People who take ownership and are comfortable working with ambiguity.

Location: Pune + travel to defence establishments Compensation: ₹50,000/month during probation; ₹75,000/month upon confirmation, with additional project-linked incentives.
