About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, developing, and guiding the implementation of scalable, secure, and high‑performance enterprise applications using .NET technologies. This role blends architectural leadership with hands‑on coding, ensuring solutions meet business, security, and performance requirements.

Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture — Architect enterprise‑grade .NET applications, including modernization of legacy platforms for scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
- Hands‑On Development — Write high‑quality code using .NET Core, C#, Web API, microservices, and cloud‑native patterns.
- Technical Standards — Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices across teams.
- Code & Design Reviews — Lead design and code reviews to ensure adherence to security, performance, and maintainability guidelines.
- Database Architecture — Design and optimize relational/NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).
- Cloud Architecture — Architect and implement cloud solutions using Azure Functions, API Gateway, AKS, Logic Apps, and DevOps pipelines.




- Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentoring & Leadership — Coach developers on design patterns, CI/CD, testing strategies, and architectural thinking.
- Risk & Issue Management — Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

- Experience 5-7 years in .NET development and architecture, with proven delivery of enterprise‑level applications.

Required Skills

- Strong in .NET Core, C#, Web API, microservices
- Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, SOA, REST, JSON, XML
- Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines
- Strong database design (SQL Server, NoSQL)
- SDLC Knowledge — Thorough understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and requirements gathering.
- Communication Skills — Ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Certifications — Azure Architect, TOGAF, AWS, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Industry Experience — Experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or large‑scale enterprise environments.
- Front‑End Knowledge — Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, or modern SPA frameworks.
