Role Description This is a full time, on-site Solution Architect role based in Bengaluru.

The Solution

Architect will design end-to-end technical architectures for web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, conducting technical assessments, and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms. The role involves guiding development teams, creating architecture and integration diagrams, reviewing code and solution designs,



and ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards.

The Solution

Architect will also participate in client consulting, support presales activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of architecture frameworks and methodologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Solution Architecture, including designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
- Candidates should possess consulting skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess software development skills, with hands-on experience in modern programming languages, frameworks, and SDLC practices.
- Candidates should possess integration skills, including API design, microservices, middleware, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Candidates should possess business process understanding, with the ability to model workflows and optimize processes through technology solutions.
- Experience with enterprise architectures, cloud-native design, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience working with clients across multiple industries (e.g., healthcare, fintech, retail, logistics) is an advantage.
