About the Role:

The Company is looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Conversational AI, enterprise software architecture, Java, Spring Boot, Python, and AWS. You'll be responsible for designing scalable, secure, production-ready AI solutions, leading technical discovery, managing integrations, and providing architectural guidance throughout customer implementations - working hands-on with LLMs, Voice AI, and enterprise customers.

What You Will Do:

1. Lead technical discovery and translate business requirements into scalable solution architecture.
2. Design Conversational AI solutions across voice, messaging, and digital channels.
3. Architect AI integrations using OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and related AI technologies.
4. Define integration patterns between Java/Spring Boot backend services and Python-based AI/MLOps modules on AWS.
5. Design APIs, event-driven integrations, data flows, security patterns, and cloud architecture.
6. Develop architecture diagrams, technical documentation, interface contracts, and design decisions.
7. Ensure scalability, performance, latency, concurrency, security, and production readiness.
8. Review technical designs,



identify risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
9. Lead customer workshops and collaborate with customer engineering, product engineering, and technical stakeholders.
10. Provide technical guidance and maintain architectural standards across implementations.

What We're Looking For:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development and delivery.
3. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Integration Architecture.
4. Hands-on experience designing and deploying Conversational AI / Voice AI solutions in production - this is a must-have, not a nice-to-have.
5. Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
6. Strong proficiency in Python, including AI/MLOps integration.
7. Hands-on experience with AWS, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL.
8. Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI and Voice AI platforms such as ElevenLabs.
9. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, cloud integrations, and database design.
10. Experience designing multimodal systems involving voice, text, and digital channels.
11. Understanding of security, identity management, non-functional requirements, and production operations.
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Positive to Have: CCaaS platforms/Contact Center AI, Strands Agents or similar agentic AI frameworks, Salesforce/Genesys Cloud/enterprise CX architecture, RAG/AI guardrails/model evaluation/observability, React-based frontends, experience in security-sensitive or regulated environments.
