The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple MEP projects across Northern India, ensuring timely completion, quality, safety, and cost control. The role requires strong technical knowledge, client coordination, team leadership, and end-to-end project management skills.

Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects across Northern India.
- Plan project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, vendors, and site teams.
- Oversee Electrical, ELV, Firefighting, and FAPA works.
- Manage material planning, manpower deployment, and site execution.
- Handle BOQ, RA billing, measurements, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, documentation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–6 years of relevant MEP project experience.
- Robust project planning, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel across Northern India as required.
