Trident Machinery Corporation is looking for a proactive Sales & Project Coordinator – Solar Energy to drive business development, manage customer relationships, and coordinate solar installation projects from enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and develop sales opportunities for residential, commercial, and industrial solar solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Conduct customer visits and coordinate technical site assessments.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations to convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and installation partners for timely project execution.
- Manage customer relationships, project documentation, payment follow-ups, and after-sales coordination.
- Maintain sales reports and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.




- 2–5 years of experience in solar energy, electrical equipment sales, or engineering project coordination.
- Basic knowledge of solar panels, inverters, and rooftop solar installations.
- Robust communication, negotiation, customer-handling, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits.
